George Gingo George became an attorney in the State of California in 1990 and the State of Florida in 1991. He clerked for a United States District Court Judge in Fresno, California; he worked as a defense attorney, a prosecuting attorney and a reserve deputy sheriff. He has litigated constitutional due process administrative law cases in the federal courts of California and Florida.
| Layne Hayden Layne was a body shop owner for 25 years and a reserve deputy sheriff for as many years. He has much personal experience with government regulation and interference with business. He went to law school and became a lawyer so he could change the way that government does its business. He lives and works in Fresno, California. He and George have worked closely on federal and state constitutional due process administrative law cases.
